Ask any kid and they'll tell you the best part about baseball is the Snack Shack. Not only is the Snack Shack a kid's paradise, but the the money it brings in for the league helps our kids play the great game of baseball at an affordable price.
Like our entire league, the Snack Shack is run by volunteers. So, thank you for your help and your business!

Cook the hot dogs. Put hot dogs (start with 5 in the morning 10 in afternoon and evening) and water in the pot. Bring to a boil on the induction range (use filtered water for this). Set the temp to about 350 or “10”. Hot dogs are done when water is boiling.

Turn on pretzel warmer. Heat pretzels (morning start with 3, afternoon and evening start with 5) in the microwave for 2 minutes. You can find the pretzels in the freezer. Do not put salt on the pretzels. Ask when they order if they would like salt. If they would like salt spray with water and sprinkle with salt.

Place condiments for coffee and hot dogs on the outside table for use.
Put trash bags in the outside trash cans.

Restock if the parents did not do so from the night before.
Familiarize yourself with menu items & prices.
See instructions inside Snack Shack for money handling procedures

The closing coach needs to stay with you until the end to help with the money and lock up the fields.
Key is located in the keybox underneath the outside sink inside the Honey Bucket cage. Coaches must unlock cage and open the keybox. They have been provided the code.
VERY IMPORTANT- After opening, place the lock and key on the magnet tray beneath the register so it’s easy to find for the closers.
The RED lock should be locked up, inside the box so you can’t see the lock at all. See picture below. Coaches should be staying until lock up.
